Warranty & Returns

All products sold by Ecofurb are used, second-hand or refurbished, unless otherwise specified. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. The following warranty periods apply:

  • All products come with a 12 months return to base warranty, unless stated otherwise.
  • 12 Months warranty do not apply to accessories and batteries.
  • The warranty period starts from the date of invoice.

Our 12 months warranty covers hardware defects. This covers all components, including fans, hard drives, keyboards, touchpads and hinges. The warranty does not cover software issues, battery decrease during use and accidental damage, user data, or problems arising from misuse or improper handling.
